    The Public Banking Forum of Ireland (PBFI) and the Public Banking Alliance (PBA) is delighted to announce that we will hold a \u2018Banking and Money Reform Conference\u2019<\/strong> with Professor Richard Werner on Friday 29th April 2016, in Dublin.<\/p>\n

    Professor Werner is Chair in International Banking , Director, Centre for Banking, Finance and Sustainable Development; Director of Int’l Development within Southampton Management School at the University of Southampton.<\/p>\n

    Prof Werner also heads up the group \u2018Local First\u2019<\/strong><\/span> based in Hampshire UK. They will open their first Community Bank in Southampton this year. They plan to replicate this model throughout Britain.<\/p>\n
